Step-by-Step Instruction:

Step 1: Enter Company Details Page

Tips: 
Only company administrators have the authority to make changes to company information.

To access the Company Details page, please navigate to the Companies menu. Once in the list, select the specific company name.



Step 2: Edit Company Details

Click Edit Details


Basic Info

  • Company Name, Country/Region, and Business License Number: approved by the support team and cannot be edited or changed
  • Company ID: automatically generated by the system and cannot be changed. 8 characters long and a combination of English letters and numbers

  • Historical Company ID: filled by the support team and cannot be modified

  • To change the Business Type, click the drop-down menu

  • Province, Postcode, Address, and Website are optional

  • Business License (For Chinese Company):

    • If your company registered after 2015, please fill in the uniform social credit code (USCC), which is a code of 18 digits for the identification of legal persons and organizations
    • If your company registered before 2015, please enter the business license registration number
  • Business License Photo (For Chinese Company): You can upload a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png file (File size limit is 3 MB).
  • Business Registration Number (For Companies Outside China): A company/business registration number is a set of numbers or a combination of codes including letters that can be found on a company's business license, for example: 0123456 or OC55555.


Contact Info

  • Contact information is the personal information of the company admin and cannot be modified.
    • If the company admin modifies the Contact Name, Secondary Email Address, or Phone Number on the Profile page, the changes will be automatically updated here.
    • Suppose the company admin role has been transferred to another user. In that case, the Admin Email, Admin Name, Secondary Email, and Phone Number will be updated synchronously with the new company admin's information.
