Step-by-Step Instruction:


Step 1: Enter Company Info Page

Only the company administrator has the right to edit the company information, and there are two entrances to the Company Information page.

Tips: 
Company users can  view their company information in the Company Management, but cannot edit.

Step 2: Edit Company Information


Foreign Company

Basic Info

  • Company Name, Country/Region, and Business License Number: approved by the support team and cannot be edited or changed;
  • Company ID: automatically generated by the system and cannot be changed. 8 characters long and a combination of English letters and numbers;

  • Historical Company ID: filled by the support team and cannot be modified;

  • To change the Business Type, click the drop-down menu;

  • County/Region, Province, Postcode, Address, and Website: optional.


Contact Info

  • Contact information is the personal information of the company admin and cannot be modified.
    • If the company admin modifies the Contact Name, Secondary Email Address, or Phone Number in their personal info, the changes will be automatically updated here.
    • If the company admin role has been transferred to another user within the company, the Master Administrator Email, Contact Name, Secondary Email, and Phone Number will be updated synchronously with the new company admin's information.



Chinese Company

Basic Info

  • Company Name, Country/Region, and Business License Number:  approved by the support team and cannot be edited or changed;

  • Company ID: automatically generated by the system and cannot be changed. 8 characters long and a combination of English letters and numbers;

  • Historical Company ID: filled by the support team and cannot be modified;

  • To change the Business Type, click the drop-down menu;

  • County/Region, Province, Postcode, Address, and Website: optional

  • Business License:

    • If your company registered after 2015, please fill in the uniform social credit code, which is a code of 18 digits for the identification of legal persons and organizations

      • If your company registered before 2015, please enter the business license registration number.
  • To upload a company photo, you can upload a JPG, JPEG, GIF, or PNG file. The file size limit is 1MB.
  • For the business license photo, click the + button to upload multiple attachments, but no more than 5. You can upload a JPG or PNG file, with a file size limit of 3MB.
Notes: 
The business license is only for review.


Contact Info

  • Contact information is the personal information of the company admin and cannot be modified.
    • If the company admins modify the Contact Name, Secondary Email Address, or Phone Number in their personal info, the changes will be automatically updated here.
