My Company displays the companies your account related to.

You can find My Company via Personal Settings -> My Company.

• Company Name/Status:the status of the company
  • Pending: the company is waiting for review.
  • Inactive: the company has been deactivated and cannot use.

• Company ID: generated by the system automatically.

• Contact Email: the email address of company admin.

• Products: listing the products that the company purchased and has the access to enter. If you want to apply product access, please refer to this article.

• Role:your account role in the company.
  • Company User
  • Company Admin

• Company User Status: describing the relationship between you and the company.
  • Active: you are able to enter this company and use the products.
  • Pending Approve
    1. You has applied to connect to the company and waiting for the company admin to approve your request.
    2. You has applied to create the company and waiting for the system to approve your request.
  • Inactive: you are not able to enter this company.
  • Pending Accept: waiting for you to accept

  • Accept: accept the invitation to join in the company
