Step 1: Click Add/Connect Company

After entering the homepage, click on Add/Connect Company in the drop-down menu to proceed.

Step 2: Enter Company Name

Please fill in the legal name of your company.

For New Company

After submitting, the system will verify the company name (regardless of capitalization). If the company is new to our system, you will be prompted to proceed with filling in the company information.

For Company Under Review

• If the company exists but is under review. There will be a prompt on the page: “A company with this name is under review”, which means that the company has been created previously and has not yet been reviewed by the support team. 
• During the review period, the company cannot be added or connected. Please wait for the support team to complete the review.

Step 3: Fill in Company Information (Foreign Company)

Trading Name

Please enter the name that customers know the business by. Leave it blank if it's the name as your company name.

Business Registration Number

A company/business registration number is a set of numbers or a combination of codes including letters that can be found on a company's business license, for example: 0123456 or OC55555.

Step 3: Fill in Company Information (Chinese Company)

Tips: 
* means a required field.

Trading Name

Please enter the name that customers know the business by. Leave it blank if it's the name as your company name.

Business License

• If your company registered after 2015, please fill in the uniform social credit code (USCC), which is a code of 18 digits for the identification of legal persons and organizations
• If your company registered before 2015, please enter the business license registration number.

Business License Photo

You can upload a .jpg, .jpeg or .png file (File size limit is 3 MB).

Note: 
The business license is only for review.

Business Type 

Step 4: Submit Successfully

Your company application is under review. It will generally be completed within 2 working days, and the system will notify you by email when completed.

Importance:
Once approved, the user who submits the new company application will automatically become the company administrator.
