Step 1: Access the Invitation Page

Method 1: Click on your profile picture -> Select Invite User


Method 2: Go to Invitation List -> Invite User



Step 2: Send Invitation

  1. Enter Email: Fill in the invitee's work email address.
  2. Select Company: Choose the company the invitee will join from the dropdown menu, or select Platform Only to make them a platform user.
  3. Send Invitation: Click the Send Invitation button. The system will automatically send an invitation email.
Notes: The company name list only displays companies your account is currently associated with.



Step 3. Accept Invitation

  1. Receive Email: The invitee will receive an invitation email.
  2. Complete Information: The invitee clicks on the link in the email and completes personal information.
Important: The email and company name cannot be changed after the invitation is sent.



Step 4: Company Administrator Approval

  • If the invitation is not sent from the company administrator, the invitee will be reviewed and approved by the company administrator before joining the company. If you want to know how to approve, please refer to How to Approve User's Request for Connecting Your Company
  • If the invitation is sent from the company administrator, this step will be skipped.



Step 5. Join Company Successfully

The joined company can be found in the upper left corner of the navigation bar.

Tips:
Invited users will automatically granted the product access their companies acquired.
