Step-by-Step Instruction:



Step 1: Enter Invite User Page

Method 1: Click Profile Photo Drop List -> Invite Users


Method 2: Invitation List -> Invite User



Step 2. Fill in Email Address and Send the Invitation

Enter the invitee's email address and the company the invitee is joining; click the Send Invitation button to send the invitation email.

Tips: 
The system will automatically fill in the current company your account connected in the Company Name  which can be changed.



Step 3. Invited User Accepted Invitation and Fill Information

The work email and company name have been set previously and cannot be edited.



Step 4. Company Administrator Review

  • If the invitation is not sent from the company administrator, the invitee will be reviewed and approved by company administrator before joining the company. If you want to know how to approve, please refer to How to Approve User's Request for Connecting Your Company
  • If the invitation is sent from the company administrator, this step will be skipped.



Step 5. Join Company Successfully

The joined companies can be found in the upper right corner of the navigation bar.

Tips:
Invited users will automatically granted the product access their companies acquired.
