  • Certification Processing
  • Certified: Click View to see company details & ceritification info.


2. Plan List 

  • Plan Name    
  • Contract ID    
  • Status
    • Pending Signature: Awaiting signing, the finalization deadline is [creation time + 7 days].  (click Continue Subscription to complete)
    • Signing: Contract initiated but not finalized
    • Deadline Approaching: the contract has been set to be finialized during 7 days. If not completed within 7 days, the contract will be voided and require renewa
    • Overdue: The contract was not signed in the 7-day window and is now void. Need to restart signing another conreact.   
    • Active: Contract live (click View Contract or Enter Product)
    • Expired: The contract was signed and the active peirod has ended.
  • Subscription Status  
    • Processing: Service being activated
    • Active: Service live and accessible
  • Effective Period: Start-to-end dates of subscription validity
  • Subscription Accounts    
  • Actions



3. Product Information

  • Product Name    
  • Users: number of company members with aceess rights
  • Status    
    • Enabled: Active product access
    • Disabled: Access temporarily suspended
  • Applicant:  Employee who requested the product
  • Request Time
