Typically, if a company invites you to join, you will receive an invitation email in your email address, and click the accept invitation button in the email, and then you will automatically accept.

In a few situations, you need to accept invitation manually.

Enter Personal Setting -> My Company, you will find an Accept button in the action column waiting for your operation.
