STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION


Step 1: Select the Product You Want to Apply for 

Entering the homepage, please choose the product you want to apply for permission and click Apply for Access on the product card.

Notes:

This article takes the product RPF Management as an example.



Step 2: Enter the Company Name

Please enter the company name, and click Submit. The system will check whether the company name you entered (in any case) already exists.



Step 3: Submit the Company Name

After submitting the company name, the following scenarios may occur:

  1. If the company has not been added yet, you need to fill in the company information to add it.
  2. If the company already exists, you can apply to associate with that company.
  3. If the company has been added by others but is still under review, it is currently not supported to associate with that company.


Scenario 1: Add New Company

You need to provide additional company information to add the company. Once you have completed the supplementary information, please click Next to proceed to apply for product authorization.


Importance:

  • Business Registration Number
A company/business registration number is a set of numbers or a combination of codes including letters that can be found on a company's business license, for example: 0123456 or OC55555.
  • Business License (Chinese Company)
    • If your company registered after 2015, please fill in the uniform social credit code, which is a code of 18 digits for the identification of legal persons and organizations
    • If your company registered before 2015, please enter the business license registration number.



Scenario 2: Company already Exists

In this case, the company you entered already exists in the system. You can choose to click the Next button to confirm associating with this company and proceed to the next step of applying for product authorization.


Scenario 3: Company under Review

The page will display a message: "This company currently does not support product applications. If you need assistance, please click the icon in the bottom right corner of the page to submit feedback.", which means that the company has been added, but has not yet been approved by the support team. 

During the review period, adding or associating with this company is not supported. If you need assistance, you can submit feedback, and we will respond to you promptly.



Step 4: Apply for Product Authorization

Please provide detailed product information and click Submit to complete the product authorization application.

After the product application is approved, the company administrator and applicant will receive an email notifying them of the successful product access application.
