STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTION


Step 1: Select the Product You Are Requesting 

After entering the homepage, select the product you want to request access to, and click Request Access on the product.
Notes:

This article takes the product RPF Management as an example.



Step 2: Enter the Company Name

Please fill in the legal name of your company and click submit.



Step 3: Submit the Company Name

After submitting the company name, the following scenarios may occur:

  1. If your company has not been added, you will need to fill in the company information to proceed.
  2. If the company name you entered already exists, it means the company has been created by someone else. In this case, you can click the Next button to connect to that company and continue with the product access request


Scenario 1: Add New Company

You need to provide additional company information to add the company. Once completed, please click Next to proceed with requesting product authorization.

Importance:

  • Business Registration Number
    • A company/business registration number is a set of numbers or a combination of codes including letters that can be found on a company's business license, for example: 0123456 or OC55555.
  • Business License (Chinese Company)
    • If your company registered after 2015, please fill in the uniform social credit code, which is a code of 18 digits for the identification of legal persons and organizations.
    • If your company registered before 2015, please enter the business license registration number.


Scenario 2: Company Already Exists

In this case, the company you entered already exists in the system. You can choose to click the Next button to confirm connecting with this company and proceed to the next step of requesting product authorization.


Step 4: Request Product Access

Please provide detailed product information and click Submit to complete the product authorization application.

After the product application is approved, the company administrator and applicant will receive an email notifying them of the successful product access application.
