Users now have the option to delete their DerbySoft accounts. Once the account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed, and the account will no longer have access to any DerbySoft services.


Step-by-Step Guidance:


Step 1: Go to Security & Privacy -> More Options

Click Delete your account.



Step 2: Enter Your Password

Enter your password for confirmation, check the agreement box, and click Delete Account.

Importance:
  • You can cancel the account deletion within seven days by logging back into your account. 
  • After the 7-day cooling period, all data associated with the account will be permanently lost, and the account will no longer be able to access any DerbySoft services.


Step 3: Account Deleted Successfully!

After the account deletion is successful, you will be automatically redirected to the login page.



Situations Where Account Deletion Is Not Supported

  1. Users who log in via Google third-party login without binding an account are not currently supported for account deletion.
  2. Users who have not set a password are not eligible for account deletion. To set a password, please go to Security & Privacy -> Change Password.
  3. If your account is designated as a company admin, please transfer admin privileges to another user before requesting account deletion.
  4. If your account has pending requests for company connection or product applications, please contact info-unifyplatform@derbysoft.net for assistance before proceeding with account deletion.
