We've added an in-app message notification setting so you can stay up-to-date with important announcements.



Step-byGuidance:

Step 1: Access Communication Settings 

Go to the Security & Privacy page. Find Communication Settings.

Step 2: Turn Notifications On or Off

On the Communication Settings page, you can:

  • Enable or disable notifications: Toggle the switch next to the notification type.
Tips:Disabling notifications here will not stop email notifications.

Click on the icon next to your profile picture in the top right corner to view your in-app messages.

FAQ

Q: Can I stop receiving email notifications? 

A: Currently, we do not support disabling email notifications. Communication settings are used to manage whether you receive in-app message notifications. If you enable notifications, you will receive both in-app messages and email notifications. If you disable notifications, you will only receive email notifications.
